The 6 Elements of Cannabis

When I started using weed to help me with some conditions like nausea, stomach pains, and pain in my right arm I was very clueless. I thought it was easy as buying weed and smoking it. And it helped. At least at first.

After a couple of years using this way I moved to Colorado and learned it's not that simple. But it would be another few years before I could begin to put the pieces together and start taking classes and eventually becoming a cannabis educator to learn all I could about cannabis.

Its been through my trials and errors that I created the Six Elements of Cannabis to help women understand how cannabis works in a simple, easy, and digestible way.  Cannabis can help with so much but unless you understand what you are looking for, you may not always get what you want.

The Six Elements of Cannabis was created to help new or experienced women understand the complexity of weed and empower them to take charge of their health and their personal well-being as they see fit.

I believe there is no wrong way unless you are abusing it. Knowing the Six Elements of Cannabis is the beginning of a rewarding relationship with cannabis. When you understand the history, how it works with us, the components of cannabis, and the various ways of dosing and consuming you begin a healthy and balanced relationship with cannabis that you can change and modify based on how you feel.
