Food bloggers are known for their long stories before the recipes. Personally, I find it annoying. I'm like, - I just want the recipe! And if I have to scroll to much - I'm leaving. I just won't.
Now I love the bloggers that have the link right to the recipe, thank you!
No seriously - thank you! I love you! BEST THING EVER! :-)
Anyway, I'm by no means a crazy baker, it's not longer something I can truly do on my own anymore so here is the recipe to the Nestle House Cookies modified. I know they look amazing, I may need to make some like...asap! lol
And one last thing this recipe has been modified for high altitude baking - cause that's what I do. :-) This recipe can be found on the back of any Nestle Toll House Cookies. I also don't use a full cup of cannabutter - again less is more. :-)
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup butter (half regular/half canna butter)
2/3 sugar
2/3 brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/2 package of nestle toll house dark chocolate chips
1/2 package of nestle toll house white chocolate chips
2 tsp water
Pre-heat over to 350 F
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and 2 tsp. water
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract until creamy
Add eggs, one at time, beating well after each addition
Beat in flour mixture gradually
Stir in morsels
Drop onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper by rounded tablespoon
Bake for 7 to 9 minutes (times may vary on your oven)
Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes
Move to a wire rack until cookies are cool completely
